摘要
调研国外20家数据库出版商的移动服务方案,从其服务形式、获取方式、权限及支持平台、开发模式、推广方式、用户评价几个方面进行分析,发现:目前国外数据库出版商在移动APP应用的开发上表现出较好的势头;在APP内容上,电子书、期刊类应用占绝大多数,且用户对移动APP的接受程度较高,但专业类应用仍有待开发;在平台开发上自主意识较强,但服务推广方式总体效果一般。在此基础上,提出图书馆应当加强移动APP的开发,在开发模式上增强自主意识,并加强与技术提供商及数据库商的合作,同时加大对移动服务的推广。
This paper selects 20 foreign database publishers as research samples and analyses their mobile services, including the service modes, the access, authorization, supporting platform, development modes, promotion way, and user comments. It finds that foreign database publishers are great in doveloping mobile APPs, which have good user evaluation, and the "great majority APPs are e- book/e-journal APPs, while professional APPs need more attention. In other aspects, they have independent consciousness in developing mobile services, but the effects of promotion are just so-so. Based on the above analysis, the paper proposes that the libraries should enhance the capabilities of developing mobile APPs, develop mobile services with more independent consciousness, cooperate with database publishers and technology providers more actively, and increase promotion of mobile service.
