A Comparative Study on Library Services Practice for Children and Teens in China and America

摘要认为图书馆少年儿童服务是图书馆服务变革中的重要内容;通过网络抽样调查,发现中美图书馆少儿服务在实践内容和服务理念上存在巨大差别,国内存在服务使命的认知盲点和断代性、服务对象的有选择性和服务内容的程式化等问题;提出国内图书馆少儿服务的历史和现实诱因、国内图书馆少儿服务与国内教育制度之间的关系、国内图书馆少儿服务与社会变革之间的联系和国内图书馆少儿服务创新的模式与范例应成为未来研究的方向。 Library services for children and teens is an important part in library service innovation. By comparing library services for children and teens in China and America, there are many differences in practical content and service ideas. Limitations are as follows： cognition blind spots in service missions, subject-collecting of users and stylization of service content. It should put importance on following contents ： the historical and pratical factors on demestic library services for chilolren and teens, the relation between library services for children and teens and education system, the relation between library services for children and teens and social changes, and innovative models and cases of library services for children and teens.
