摘要
为探讨单克隆抗体MC3及MC5在大肠癌组织中的表达及其与大肠癌组织分化程度及转移的关系,本研究采用免疫组织化学染色法检测192例大肠癌组织中MC3及MC5的表达情况,并分析其与大肠癌组织分化程度及转移的关系。结果显示,MC3和MC5阳性表达率与肿瘤组织分化程度明显相关,P〈0.05,且随着肿瘤的高、中、低分化次序,MC3阳性表达率逐渐增加。MC3阳性表达率与有无肿瘤转移无关,P〉0.05;MC5阳性表达率与有无肿瘤转移相关,P〈0.05。结果表明,MC3和MC5在大肠癌的发生中扮演重要的角色,对了解大肠癌的生物学行为及筛查大肠癌有重要价值。
In order to explore the expressions of monoclonal antibody MC3 and MC5 in large intestinal car- cinoma tissue and their relationship with the differentiation degree and metastasis of large intestinal carci- noma,in this study,by using immunohistochemical staining method,the expressions of MC3 and MC5 in large intestinal carcinoma tissue of 192 cases were detected,and the relationship of those expression and the differentiation degree and metastasis of large intestinal carcinoma was analysed. As results, the positivity expression rates of MC3 and MC5 were related to the differentiation degree of neoplasms tissue significant- ly( P %0.05),and the positivity expression rate of MC3 increased gradually along with the order of high, middle,low differentiation;the positivity expression rate of MC3 was not related to the metastasis or no- metastasis( P )0.05) ,while that of MC5 was related to the metastasis or no-metastasis( P %0.05). Re- sults show that MC3 and MC5 could play an important role in the pathogensis of large intestinal cancer, thus they have important value to understand biological behavior of large intestinal carcinoma and to screen this carcinoma.
