麝香痔疮栓在混合痔术后的应用疗效

Shexiang Suppository for Hemorrhoids Used at Postoperation of Mixed Hemorrhoids：Observation on the Efficacy

为观察麝香痔疮栓在混合痔术后的应用疗效，本研究将采用外剥内扎术治疗的104例混合痔患者分为试验组（58例）和对照组（46例）。术后在常规治疗的基础上，试验组予麝香痔疮栓纳肛，对照组予凡士林纱条换药。对比分析两组患者用药第7天临床疗效及创面疼痛、水肿、出血等症状评分。结果显示，用药第7天，试验组总显效率为91．38％（53／58），对照组总显效率为60．87％（28／46），试验组总显效率明显高于对照组，P〈0．05；而且试验组创面疼痛、水肿、出血积分明显低于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，混合痔术后应用麝香痔疮栓纳肛可改善术后肛门局部微循环，促进痔静脉回流，有利于预防、减轻痔术后创面疼痛、水肿、出血等并发症。

In order to observe the therapeutic effect of Shexiang suppository for hemorrhoids used at postoperation of mixed hemorrhoids,the 104 patients with mixed hemorrhoids who had received external dissection internal ligation were divided into trial group（58 cases） and control group（46 cases） in this study. After operation based on the routine therapy,trial group was given with Shexiang suppository for hemorrhoids into anus, while control group with vaseline gauze strip; then the clinical effects on the 7th day after using above drugs and the symptom score of wound pain,edema and bleeding,etc in both groups were com- pared and analysed. As results,on the 7th day the total excellent rate of trial group was significantly high- er than that of control group[91.38%（53/58） vs 60.87%（28/46）, P〈0. 05]and the symptom scores of trial group in wound pain,edema and bleeding were significantly lower than that of control group（ P 0.05）. Results show that following the operation for mixed hemorrhoids using Shexiang suppository for hemorrhoids into anus could improve postoperative local micro-circulation of anus, promote vein backflow of hemorrhoids tissue, thus help to prevent and relieve such postoperative complications as wound pain, edema and bleeding, etc.
