ZRZY-Ⅰ型综合弱视治疗仪的疗效观察

AN OBSERVATION ON THE CURATIVE EFFECT OF CHILD AMBLYOPIA BY THE COMPOSITE AMBLYOPIA CURE APPARATUS

采用新研制综合弱视治疗仪,治疗各类型儿童弱视127例212只眼,有效率88.21%,基本治愈率61.79%,与国内各家比较,治愈率提高10～25%。学龄前儿童治疗效果高于3～5岁者,屈光不正性、中心性、轻中度弱视疗效最好,经过1～2疗程治愈79.38%。

The authors doscrite the treatment of 212 eyes in 127 children of variousamblyopia with Composite Amblyopia Cure Apparatus, which vas designedand made by the authors recently. The total effective late is 88.21%, theprincipal cure rate is 61.7%. As compared with other single or comprehensivetreatment used by domestic authors, the cure rate of the apparatus has increasedby 10%～25%. The effect for the preschool and primary school children isbetter than that for the children of 3～5 year. The apparatus has the best effectfor the mild, middle, central and amblyopia with errors of refraction. It hasbeen found that the apparatus has cooperation and a good effect and 79.38%of the patients can be cured through 1～2 courses. Thus the apparatus has thevalue for clinical employment.
