摘要
在绿色食品及其生产环境抽查中,对绿色食品露地基地和绿色食品大棚基地进行采样,对蔬菜VC含量进行研究。结果表明:露地绿色蔬菜的VC含量高于大棚绿色蔬菜。
During the spot check for green foods and their production environment,the paper determined the Vc contents of vegetables cultivated in the green house and open field. The results showed that Vc concentrations were higher in open field products than that in the greenhouse.
