摘要
梅州市是广东省优质烟叶主产区之一,但农村劳动力大量转移在一定程度上影响当地烟叶产业发展。该文在介绍梅州烟区劳动力转移特征的基础上,提出了应对措施,旨在为当地的烟叶生产提供借鉴。
Meizhou is one of quality tobacco producing areas in Guangdong Province, but rural labor force migration have an adverse effect on the development of tobacco industry.This paper introduced characteristic of labor force migration,proposed response measures ,in order to provide a reference for local tobacco production.
