摘要
应用抗肿瘤单克隆抗体McAb 3D5和抗CEA单克隆抗体,对101例肺癌手术切除标本,作免疫组织化学研究。结果表明,抗肿瘤单克隆抗体McAb 3D5可与63.4%的肺癌标本反应,且对肺鳞癌有较高的阳性率。抗CEA单克隆抗体可与77.2%的肺癌起反应,特别对肺腺癌有较高的阳性率。两种单克隆抗体不具相同抗原性,联合应用时可提高阳性率。
To evaluate the application of Anti-tumer McAb 3D5, in the conventionalspecimens,a total 101 cases of pulmonary carcinoma were studied with immunohisto-chemical method and compared with Anti-CEA McAb. McAb3D5 immunoreactedwith 64 of 101 cases(63.4%)and was more sensitive for the squamous cell type. Littlestaining were found in adjacent tissues, showing its highly specitivity for lungcancer. The antigen appears in cytoplasm and/or nucleus of tumer cells. Anti-CEA McAb immunoreacted with 78 of 101 cases(77.2 %), and some of adjacentblonchial epithelial were also weekly stained. The result concluded that theMcAb3D5 have specitivity to lung cancer and the antigen recognized by it isdifferent from CEA. Combined detection of McAb3D5 with Anti-CEA McAbelevated the resitive rate in pulmonary carcinoma.
