摘要
根据管道设计的一般过程 ,在现有管道设计 CAD软件建模研究的基础上 ,分析归纳了管道系统所特有的拓扑约束性质 ,提出了采用特征点描述管道系统的宏观约束 ,以及采用管网骨架和管件在管网骨架上的插入点描述管件的布局约束和局部约束的建模方法 ,并由此建立了二三维共享图结构的管道系统模型 .这种共享图结构可以充分描述管道设计过程中各阶段之间的联系 ,从而可根据已有设计结果对当前工作进行动态导航 。
This paper presents a new approach to the piping network modeling techniques. Based on the topological properties, the constraints in piping network are classified into overall constraints, layout constraints and local constraints. Feature points are defined to describe the overall topological relationship among the piping components in a network system, and the pipe line routing framework as well as insertion points on the frame are used to define the layout constraints and local constraints of piping components. As a result, a 2D/3D associative graph structure for the 2D P&ID and 3D piping layout is built. This graph can describe the relationship between different phases of piping design process, and navigate the piping layout procedures from conceptual design to detail design.
