摘要
目的了解在校研究生焦虑现状及其相关影响因素,为改善研究生心理健康教育工作提供参考依据。方法采用方便抽样的方法,选取全国12所高校3 812名在校硕士和博士研究生为对象,采用焦虑自评量表进行测评。结果 12所高校在校研究生焦虑自评量表总体评分均值为(33.82±8.74)分;焦虑检出率为5.8%,且检出率在性别、学历、专业满意度、家庭社会地位、所学专业、母亲学历及职业之间存在明显差异。结论目前在校研究生存在不同程度的焦虑现象,主要与性别、学历、专业满意度、家庭社会地位、所学专业、母亲学历及职业有关。
Objective To know the current anxiety status and its related influencing factors among postgraduate students, and to provide evi- dence for mental health education. Methods A total of 3 812 postgraduate students from 12 colleges nationwide were selected as the objects of this study, and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) was used as the measurement to test the anxiety status of these postgraduate students. Results The total average score of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) among postgraduate students from 12 colleges was 33.82±8.74. The detectable rate of anxiety was 5.8%. Besides, these data were significantly different in gender, educational backgrounds, professional satisfaction, families" social status, major, their mothers" academic records and occupations. Conclusion There exists different degrees of anxiety among postgraduate students, which is mainly relevant to gender, educational backgrounds, professional satisfaction, families" social status, major, mothers" academic records and occu- pations.
