摘要
目的评价邯郸市中小学校结核病健康教育干预对师生结核病防治知识水平的影响,为学生健康教育措施的制订提供依据。方法在规定时间内,对随机抽取的邯郸市某贫困县全体中小学师生实施结核病健康教育干预,并于干预前后对师生进行结核病防治知识问卷调查。结果教师、中学生、小学生结核病防治知识总体知晓率干预前分别为64.9%,56.1%和38.7%,干预后分别为89.8%,89.2%,92.8%,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01)。结论在中小学校开展结核病健康教育,能显著提高师生结核病防治知识知晓率。
Objective To explore the effect of TB prevention on the knowledge level among the students and teachers in primary and secondary school in Handan city. Methods TB health intervention was conducted among 1 443 students and 92 teachers in special time. The questionnaire survey was given them before and after intervention. Results Before the intervention, the correct rate of TB knowledge was 64.9%, 56.1% and 38.7% among teachers, secondary school students and primary school students, and was 89.8% , 89.2% and 92.8% after the intervention, which had statistical significant difference ( P〈0.01 ). Conclusion It can increase the correct rates of TB knowledge by caITying out the TB health intervention at primary and secondary schools.
