摘要
目的了解学龄儿童行为问题现状及其与自我意识的关系,为提高儿童心理健康水平提供理论依据。方法采用Achen-bach儿童行为问卷(家长问卷)和Piers-Harris儿童自我意识量表,对随机抽取的武汉市4所小学1 503名三至六年级学生进行问卷调查。结果学龄儿童的行为问题检出率为19.6%。自我意识各维度与学龄儿童行为问题各因子均呈负相关(P值均<0.01)。回归分析显示,合群、焦虑、行为和幸福满足的高自我意识是学龄儿童行为问题的重要保护因素。结论高自我意识可以抑制学龄儿童行为问题的发生。提高自我意识的可在一定程度上预防和减少儿童行为问题。
Objective To understand the situation of behavior problems in school-aged children, to explore the relationship between self-con- cept and behavior problems and provide theoretical evidence basis for improving children's mental health. Methods Achenbach Child Behavior Checklist { Parent part) and Piers-Harris Children's Self-Concept Scale were used to test 1 503 students from Grade three to six. Results The preva- lence rate of behavior problems of school-aged children was 19.6%. Correlation analysis showed that each dimension of self-concept was negatively correlated with behavior problems respectively (P〈0.01). Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that high self-concept, such as gregariousness, anxiety, behavior, and well-being and satisfaction, was an important protective factor for school-aged children's behavior problems. Conclusion High self-concept could inhibit the occurrence of behavior problems in school-aged children. Interventions to improve self-concept, to some extent, could prevent and reduce children's behavior problems.
