摘要
该文介绍了奉溪大桥变截面矩形空心薄壁墩的模板设计。其墩身模板经过多次设计,反复优化,最终确定采用定型角模,通用模板加调节模板组合的方案。按照该方案设计的模板在使用过程中表现出了极大的优点:刚度大,好控制,安装拆除便捷,混凝土外观密实顺直,在墩身施工过程中真正取得了事半功倍的效果。
The article introduces the template design of variable cross-section rectangle hollow thin-wallpier of Fengxi Bridge. The scheme of typified angle form, common template and adjusting template combination is finally determined by a number of designs and optimizations of pier template. The template designed by this scheme presents the great advantages in the using process, i.e. great rigidity, good control, convenient installation and dismounting, dense and smooth concrete appearance, which yield twice the result with half the effort in the construction of pier.
