摘要
建设项目合约管理是推动生产经营稳定发展,维护公司正常经济秩序并且是维护公司合法权益的一项管理工作,从而能够规范企业经济行为。合约管理作为项目管理的起点,它控制并制约着计划管理、成本管理、质量管理等多个方面,是项目建设的关键和保障企业利益的重要环节。该文结合多年的工程项目合约管理工作经验,探讨了建设项目工程合约管理之若干问题,可供同行参考。
The construction project contract management is a management work to promote the stable development of production operation, to maintain the normal economical order of a company, to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of a company and able to standard the economical behavior of an enterprise. The contract management as the start of project management controls and restricts the planning management, cost management, quality management and etc. and is the key of the project construction and the important link of ensuring the enterprise benefits. The article discusses several problems in the engineering contract management of construction projects by the engineering project contract management experience for many years, which can be referred for the similar projects.
