The contract management as the start of project management controls and restricts the planning management, cost management, quality management and etc. and is the key of the project construction and the important link of ensuring the enterprise benefits. The article discusses several problems in the engineering contract management of construction projects by the engineering project contract management experience for many years, which can be referred for the similar projects.
