貉血清铜锌超氧化物歧化酶活力研究

摘要 目的:测定貉血清铜锌超氧化物歧化酶活力,探究其药用价值和营养功能。方法:采用可见光分光光度法测定貉血清铜锌超氧化物歧化酶活力。结果:白鼻子病幼、成年貉与健康幼、成年貉血清铜锌超氧化物歧化酶活力分别为50.039±2.749 U/ml、38.468±14.290 U/ml和52.833±3.768 U/ml、48.743±7.083 U/ml,且各组间存在差异。结论:与正常貉相比,随着年龄的增加,白鼻子病貉血清铜锌超氧化物歧化酶活力会显著降低。 Objective: To detemine serum copper, zinc- superoxide dismutase energometry and research the value of medicine and nutrition. Methods: Selenium copper, zinc- superoxide dismutase energometry were determined by visible spectrophotometry. Results: Selenium copper, zinc- superoxide dismutase energometry of juvenile and majority in white nose disease and health raccoon dog were 50.039 ± 2.749 U/ml, 38.468± 14.290 U/ml and 52.833 ± 3.768 U/ml, 48.743 ±7.083 U/ml, respectively, moreover, significanty between groups. Conclusion:. In comparison with normal raccoon dog , serum copper, zincsuperoxide dismutase energometry were remarkably decreased in "white nose" disease raccoon dog with age increasing.
