摘要
文章提出一种改进的无扫描3D成像激光雷达方案,发射激光脉冲照亮视场,利用ICCD相机探测回波信号,采用了一种新型的相位探测技术,本方案优点是激光脉冲可以相对较宽,降低了对带宽要求。经过仿真分析,发射脉冲下降时间与选通门上升时间对归一化积分系数的影响极小,降低了对器件的要求,验证了方案可行性。
This paper presents an improved non-scanning 3D imaging laser radar program, firing a laser pulse to illuminate the field of view, using the ICCD camera to detect tbe echo signal, using a new type of phase detection technology, the advantages of this progrumis the laser pulse can be relativelywide, reducing bandwidth requirements. After simulation, the transmit pulse fell minimal time and gated rise time of normalized integral coefficient, which reduces the requirements of the device, verify the feasibility of this Program.
