摘要
文章针对我国工夫红茶发酵适度时间的控制做了总结和分析,着重阐述了科学工作者经过努力创新发明的仪器检测法,同时提出了今后工夫红茶发酵适度时间控制研究的发展方向。
The article summarized and analyzed the moderate time control of congou tea, instrumental determination methods which scientific workers invented were expounds, and the development research direction of fermentation moderate time control of congou tea was proposed.
