摘要 随着我国老龄化程度的加剧,如何改善养老体系建设、拓宽养老资金来源渠道已经成为亟待解决的重要课题。开展反向抵押贷款养老,既可以改善老年人生活质量,又可以减轻社会保障压力。本文通过阐述我国推广反向抵押贷款的现实意义,继而以寿险业生命表为基础,建立精算定价模型,用随机模拟的方式得到均衡的月贷款额,同时考虑了反抵贷款的风险,得出反抵贷款在我国目前有吸引力并且可行,并结合我国实情提出相关建议。 With the increasing degree of aging,how to improve the pension system and expand the sources of pension funds has become an important issue to be solved.Carrying out reverse mortgages can improve the quality of life of older persons,and also can reduce the pressure on social security.This article based on the life table,uses the actuarial pricing model,calculates the monthly loan by stochastic simulation,concludes that reverse mortgage is feasible in China.
