摘要
随着我国经济快速增长,富豪人数和个人平均资产拥有量逐年增加,中国私人银行业务显示出了巨大的增长潜力,加强私人银行业务的研究对加速中国金融业改革、提升中国商业银行综合竞争力具有重要的现实意义。首先,本文对私人银行业务进行深入分析,通过对我国私人银行业务市场现状进行探究,深入挖掘我国私人银行业务发展中存在的问题,研究我国商业银行传统组织结构不适应私人银行业务发展和经营模式中存在的缺陷,进而提出切实可行的管理措施,以不断改进、完善我国私人银行业的发展。
The article analyzes the private banking business deeply.Through analyzing the private banking market of our country,it digs the problems of China＇s private banking and studies the traditional organizational structure of China＇s commercial banks which does not suited to the development of the private banking business,as well as the defects in the business model.Then it presents the practical management measures of the development of China＇s private banking to improve and perfect the private banking sector continuously.
