对党校进行教学改革是适应新时期领导干部培训的需要。文章以单位教学的实践与观察为基础,对党校的情景式教学模式进行探索与思考,建议在讲授式教学的基础上,加大情景式式教学的权重,以突出培养新时期理论与实践结合型领导干部的教学目的。
