For chinese LCD business,if you want to obtain continuous core competitive advantage in the survival and development in the future,it must be positioned in the their own KSF development.Based on the theory of the core competitiveness,and combined with the present situation of our country LCD enterprise,key success factors were researched and analyzed in chinese LCD enterprise,And investment decision-making capacity was currently critical success factors in our LCD enterprise.
