投标报价是市政施工企业在工程承包过程中一个关键性环节;是业主选择中标单位的主要标准;也是业主和投标单位签订承包合同的重要依据。该文总结了多年从事厦门市政工程项目投标报价工作的经验,针对厦门市政工程中有关投标报价方面的内容进行分析,并就其策略与技巧事项作了探讨,可供同行参考。
The bidding quoted price is a key link of municipal construction enterprise in the engineering contract process,is the main standard for the owner to select the winning unit,and is also the important basis for the owner and the bidding unite to sign the engineering contract.The article summarizes the experience of bidding quoted prices in the municipal engineering projects of Xiamen,and analyzes the relative contents of the bidding quoted prices in the municipal projects of Xiamen.
