基于表面活性剂的温拌沥青混合料(Evotherm)的路用性能研究

Research on Pavement Performance of Warm-mixed Asphalt Mixture Based on Surfactant(Evotherm)

温拌沥青混合料是一种节能环保型路面新材料。添加表面活性剂(Evotherm)的温拌沥青混合料与普通热拌沥青混合料相比,不仅摊铺温度、拌合温度可降低30℃及以上,同时还具有与普通热拌沥青混合料相同甚至更好的路用性能。因此添加表面活性剂(Evotherm)的温拌沥青混合料具有明显的经济效益和社会效益。

The warm-mixed asphalt mixture is a new energy saving environmental protective pavement material.Compared with the common hot-mixed asphalt mixture,the paving temperature and mixing temperature of the warm-mixed asphalt mixture added with the surfactant(Evotherm) can reduce to 30℃ and over,and it has the same and even better pavement performance than the hot-mixed asphalt mixture.Therefore,the warm-mixed asphalt mixture added with the surfactant(Evotherm) has the significant economic and social benefits.
