心导纳微分环判定心脏泵功能及冠状动脉疾病的可靠性

摘要 目的 探讨心导纳微分环 (ADL)与大动物血流量间的内在联系 ,观察控制冠状动脉流量造成ADL形态改变与常规心电图的关系。方法 检测 3 7只犬ADL面积与电磁流量计 (EFM)测定主动脉通过量 (SV)及与心导管法测定左心室压力—容积环 (P -V环 )对照分析。结果 ADL射血相面积与EFM所测得的SV间相关系数r=0 .92 9;ADL总面积与P -V环面积相关系数r =0 .92 5。结论 ADL面积与大动物血流量间存在着密切的内在联系 ;在改变心脏前、后负荷及心脏收缩力时 ,ADL可较灵敏发生有规律的相应变化 ;且ALDⅠ相离心支与归心支形状的改变可间接反映冠状动脉供血状态 ,比常规心电图检测更敏感。 Objective The objective is to explore the interrelations between ADL and the arterial flow volume and observe and control the relations between changes caused by ADL in the coronary flow volume and conventiional Electrocardiogram (ECG). Methods 37 dogs were examined. The aortal Stroke volume (SV) was measured by ADL and the electro magnetic flow meter (EFM). The pressure in the left ventricle pressure-volume loop (P-V) was ascetained with the cardiac catheter. The results were compared and studied. Results The relative coefficient of the area of the ejection phase of ADL and the SV measured by EFM r=0.929; The relative coefficient of the total area of ADL and area of p-v r=0.925. Conclusion Close interrelatiions can be found between the area of ADL and the aortal flow volume. With changes in the cardiac loads and contractions of the heart, corresponding regular changes take place in ADL fairly sensibly. Changes in the shape of the outflow and inflow branches of phase I of ADL reflect indirectly the supply of. The coronary artery, in a way more sensitive than conventional electrocardiograph.
