关于农机购置补贴实施方法的思考

随着农机购置补贴资金规模逐年扩大,补贴机具种类范围越来越广,涉及的企业、经销商和农民越来越多,政策实施过程中也暴露出一些问题。本文针对存在的问题从补贴对象、补贴机具范围、补贴标准、补贴兑现方式、补贴产品经销五个方面进行了深入分析和思考。

more and more enterprises, dealers and farmers involved in the policy implementation process also revealed some problems with the the size of agricultural machinery purchase subsidies expanded each year and the increasingly wide range of types of equipment subsi- dies. In this paper, the author analyses and think in-depth from five aspects of subsidies targeted, subsidies for equipment range, subsidies standards, and subsidies honored way, subsidized products to distribution.
