摘要 介绍应用Pro/E软件和ADAMS软件联合进行精密播种机单体虚拟制造和运动仿真的过程。首先应用Pro/E的参数化设计功能建立各零部件三维实体模型,通过约束装配,完成精密播种机单体的虚拟制造过程。利用接口软件Mech/Pro将模型导入ADAMS后进行运动仿真。仿真结果表明,平行四杆仿形机构仿形效果好,满足精密播种机对播深控制的要求,提高了设计效率和准确性,为精密播种机的系列化设计和制造奠定基础。 Long precision precision planter has been using the traditional method, the production cycle is long, the physical prototype of high manufacturing cost. This paper introduces the application of Pro/E software and ADAMS software for precision planter unit virtual manufacturing and dynamic simulation. The first establish 3D models for the parts of planter application Pro/E parametric design function, through the restraint assembly, completion of precision planter unit virtual manufacturing process. Through the interface software Mech/Pro model into ADAMS simulation exercise. The simulation results show, parallel four-bar profiling mechanism of good profile modeling effect, satisfy the precision planter for sowing depth control requirements, improve the design efficiency and accuracy, precision seeding machine. for series design and manufacture of laid the foundation.
