摘要
研究了发动机废气余热发烟的原理,设计了一种利用发动机废气余热的发烟装置,并对其主要设计参数进行了理论推导、计算、分析,从而获得了发动机废气余热运算模型,建立了根据发动机废气余热量,控制喷射药剂的最佳喷药量方程。设计运用LabVIEW作为虚拟设计平台,采用模块化设计、图形化编程的方法,设计了根据发动机废气余热量控制药剂喷射量的电子控制系统,进行主控系统的仿真设计。
This article discusses the fogger of the engine exhaust heat principle, design a way to use the engine exhaust heat of the fogger device, and its main design parameters of the theoretical derivation, calculation, analysis, and thus obtain a model of the engine exhaust heat recovery operations, the establishment of more than the heat of the engine exhaust to control the amount of jet spraying pharmacy best equa- tion.
