Simple Tooling Design for Oblique Hole Machining in Plastic Mold Bevel Pillar Institutions

本文针对具有斜导柱侧向抽芯机构的塑料模具制造过程中,模板上斜导柱安装孔及滑块上的配合孔的加工问题,设计了一套适用于在钻床上加工斜孔时的专用工装,该工装具有结构简易、制造成本低、适应性强、操作方便等特点,具有较好的推广应用价值。

A set of special tooling was designed using for the drilling machine processing oblique holes according tothe template Bevel col- umn installation with the hole and the slider Hole in the process of Bevel Pillar lateral pulling mechanism of plastic mold. The tooling has a simple structure, low manufacturing cost, adaptable, easy to operate, with a better application value.
