摘要
介绍了机动车配件质量跟踪追溯的国内外发展现状,提出采用RFID的机动车配件质量跟踪追溯系统框架,构建和分析了系统各模块功能,设计了RFID高频区和超高频区并用的双频追溯码标签,提出了基于XML的系统主追溯中心端数据库和各企业端数据库同步更新与交换技术。系统可以同时满足政府、配件生产经销商、消费者三方的需求,实现配件质量保证与追溯,促进机动车配件行业的健康规范发展。
The paper introduces the current situation of auto parts tracing from home and ak, road, puts forward the framework of parts tracing system using RFID, and analyses the function of its modules. The Dual-Band tab with Tracing code was designed, which uses both the high frequency region and ultra High frequency region. The XML synchronization algorithm was designed to make each branch database on each corporation correspond to the central Tracing database. The system can fulfil the requirements of government, parts manufacturers and deal- ers, consumers. It realizes parts Tracing and quality assurance, and promotes the healthy and normative development of Auto Parts.
