发达地区的农业技术教育培训问题探讨——以浙江省杭州市为例

摘要 在全社会关注"三农"的环境下,大部分人认为解决"三农"问题的关键之一是提高农民的素质,农民教育培训是提高农民素质的必由之路。但也有人认为,在发达地区农民培训已经普及了,有的地方已经进行过若干次了,有的农民每年都要接受很多次培训,成了"培训专业户",农民对培训并不欢迎,农民培训没有必要。本文在调查研究的基础上,围绕农民对培训的态度、农民接受培训的程度这两个关键问题,探讨如何安排农业技术培训以及如何评价。 As the problems of peasant, rural areas and agriculture becoming the focus of the whole society, an improvement of peasants' agricul- tural literacy has been considered as the key point of solving those problems. Agricultural education and trainings for peasants are the essential ways to achieve such an improvement. However, some people believe that agricultural trainings for peasants in developed areas are no longer wel- comed and necessary because there have been enough trainings. Peasants in some areas have already received trainings for many times and some of them have even become specialists in receiving trainings. On the basis of investigation and researches, this article talks about peasants" attitudes and their acceptance level of trainings. In addition, the article also explores ways to arrange agricultural trainings and the assessment of trainings.
