Analysis on Problems of Tianjin Rural Area Informatization Construction

基于地缘特色,天津农业信息化水平与效率在促进农业现代化与农业经济发展中发挥着重要的作用。本文就天津信息化现状及存在的问题展开分析,并就如何促进天津涉农经济的信息化建设效果展开论述,并提出可行解决方案。

Based on geographical characteristics, it is the level and efficiency of Tianjin rural information that play a critical role in promot- ing agricultural modernization and economic development. At first,this paper makes a thorough analysis on the situation of Tianjin rural in- formatization ,and then takes an analysis on problems of rural information construction. Finally it proposes feasible solutions and the con- cemed strategies of its development
