摘要
目的探讨胃癌前病变内镜活检组织γH2AX蛋白的表达及意义。方法应用流式细胞技术检测53例患者胃癌前病变组织中yH2AX蛋白的表达情况。结果肠型化生和异型增生组织γH2AX蛋白的相对含量高于正常组织(P<0.01);异型增生组织γH2AX蛋白的相对含量高于肠型化生组织(P<0.05)。结论γH2AX蛋白在胃癌前病变组织中的表达反映了胃黏膜上皮细胞发生DNA双链断裂的情况,可能与胃癌前病变演变成胃癌的几率大小有关。
Objective To investigate the significance of γH2AX expression in gastric cancer precancerous lesions collected by endoscopic biopsy. Methods The expression of γH2AX was detected in gastric cancer precancerous lesions of 53 patients by flow cytometry. Results The expression of γH2AX in intestinal metaplasia tissue and atypical hyperplasia tissue was significantly higher than that of normal tissue （P 〈 0.01 ）. At the same time, the expression of γH2AX in atypical hyperplasia tissue was significantly higher than that of intestinal metaplasia tissue （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The expression of γH2AX in gastric cancer precancerous lesions reflects the information of double strand breaks in gastric epithelial cells, which may be related to the probability of gastric cancer precancerous lesions evolved into gastric cancer.
