摘要
目的提高骨质疏松压缩性骨折经皮椎体成形术后的护理效果,减少并发症,促进早日康复。方法规范对高龄患者的程序护理,认真做好各项护理细节。结果 45例患者经皮椎体成形术后均取得了满意疗效,随访半年后,无并发症发生。结论规范的程序护理是经皮椎体成形手术成功的必要条件。
Objective To improve nursing effects of the osteoporotic compression fracture after percutanous kyphoplasty （ PKP）, to reduce the complications and promote early recovery. Methods Standarize the nursing process of elderly patients, carry out every care detail conscientiously. Results After PKP,45 patients achieved satisfactory curative effect, no complication occurred during the follow - up of half a year. Conclusion Standarizing nursing process is a necessary condition for successful PKP.
