无气腹腹腔镜治疗巨大卵巢囊肿11例临床分析

CLINICAL ANALYSIS ON 11 CASES OF GASLESS LAPAROSCOPIC SURGERY OF GIANT OVARIAN CYSTS

目的探讨无气腹腹腔镜治疗巨大卵巢囊肿的可行性。方法对卵巢巨大囊肿患者11例行无气腹腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术或附件切除术。结果所有患者手术均在无气腹腹腔镜下完成,无严重并发症发生。手术时间30～100min,术中出血量10～95mL,住院时间4～7d。结论无气腹腹腔镜手术治疗巨大卵巢囊肿安全、可行。

Objective To investigate the possibility of the gasless laparoseopie surgery of giant ovarian cysts. Methods The clinical data of 11 patients with giant ovarian cysts undergoing cystectomy or adnexectomy by gasless laparoscopy were analysed retrospectively. Results Giant ovarian cysts in the 11 cases were all removed successfully, and no complication happened in all cases. The operation time was 30 - 100minutes, the blood loss during the operation was 10 -95mL, and the hospital stay was 4 -7d. Conclusion Gasless laparoscopie surgery is feasible and safe in treating giant ovarian cysts.
