中盖艾滋病项目对广州市男男性接触人群社区组织干预检测能力的影响

Effect of China-Gates foundation HIV prevention cooperation program on the mobilization and testing of MSM community-based project in Guangzhou

目的探讨中盖艾滋病项目对广州市男男性接触人群(MSM)社区组织干预检测能力的影响。方法以中盖艾滋病项目年度计划完成数量及质量为主的定量分析结合定性描述的综合评价。结果项目实施四年间广州市MSM社区组织所干预高危人群中参加检测率从23.02%提高到36.48%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=2 767.00,P<0.01),检测指标计划完成率从75.60%提高到95.30%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=311.00,P<0.05)。其所动员检测人群中确认阳性率为4.46%,梅毒感染率为6.22%,4年间差异均有统计学意义(χ2=19.04,39.17,P均<0.01)。结论通过以绩效为基础的中盖艾滋病项目的实施,广州市MSM社区组织干预检测能力逐步提高,发展思路及方向日益开阔。

Objective To assess the effect of China-Gates Foundation HIV Prevention Cooperation Program on the mobilization and testing of MSM community-based project in Guangzhou.Methods Comprehensive Evaluation of quantitative analysis coupled with qualitative description was conducted according to the quantity and quality of completed annual plan of the program.Results During the 4 year period after the implementation of the program,the number of people among high-risk population who have received HIV testing under the work of MSM community-based organizations increased from 23.02% to 36.48% with the completion rate increased from 75.60% to 95.30%.The HIV positive rate among those tested was 4.46% while the positive rate of syphilis infection was around 6.22%.Conclusions MSM community-based organization has done a great job for HIV screening under the influence of implementation of China-Gates Foundation HIV Prevention Cooperation Program.
