摘要
采用传统陶瓷工艺制备了不同Li2CO3和MnO2掺杂的PMN-PMN-PZT四元系压电陶瓷.用XRD技术分析了陶瓷的相结构,研究了不同Li2CO3和MnO2添加量对陶瓷的机械品质因数Qm、机电耦合系数Kp、压电常数d33以及介电损耗tanδ的影响.结果表明,在840℃预烧、1 000℃烧结下,当Li2CO3质量分数为0.1%、MnO2质量分数为0.2%时,陶瓷具有优良的电性能.其主要性能参数为:Kp=0.58,Qm=1 702,d33=268pC/N,r=1.91Ω,tanδ=0.005 2,该材料可作为大功率压电变压器的候选材料.
PMN-PMN-PZT piezoelectric ceramics with the different additives were successfully prepared by the conventional mixed-oxide method. Effects of Li2 CO3 and MnO2 on the phase structure and electrical properties of the ceramics were investigated. The results revealed that the optimized electrical properties of the ceramics dopped with 0. 1%of Li2 CO3 and 0. 2 % MnO2 calcined at 840℃and sintered at 1 000 ℃ were obtained. The resultant has Kp = 0. 58, Qm = 1 702, d33 = 268 pC/N, r= 1. 91 12 and tan δ=0. 0052, respectively. This composition with optimized properties may be considered to be a good candidate used as high power piezoelectric transformers.
