摘要
为了解肝素锂抗凝剂对HBDH活性的影响,提高HBDH检测的准确性,本文采用连续监测法对心肌梗塞患者及健康者血清中HBDH活性进行测定。结果显示,A组(健康人组)经过肝素锂抗凝的标本HBDH测定值超出正常值上限:165.2Iu/L,未经抗凝的标本测定值均在正常范围内,二者结果差异显著,B组(心肌梗塞患者组)中HBDH测定值也同样存在着明显差异。说明用肝素锂作为抗凝剂时对测定HBDH有影响。
The article has been reported the influence HBDH of Vitality by heparin,it had raised the exaimed coracatly of HBDH,it was used the continued testing ways to HBDH vitality in patients with infarction myocar-dial and health. Results showed:The testing Vality of group (Health group) was over normal ie 165. 2IU/L,the testing value of no antisolidify was in normal the both were marked difference,the testing value of B group (The case group) was also remarkable difference. The conclusion was that heparin had influence to testing value in antisolidify.
