Brief Analysis of and Evaluation on the Industry Development of Changqing Nature Reserve

为了分析与评估现有产业,总结经验挖掘潜力,利用法律法规、制度办法、产业数据资料,分析与评估的方法,使分散的房屋得到了合理利用;国有资产重新找到了市场,完成了经营方式的转变;产业发展实现了资产保值增值和自然资源保护的双赢,需要深入挖掘潜在资源。因此产业发展有制度、办法,具可行性、有效性;急需整合、培训人力资源;制定激励计划,建立产业园区。

To analyze and evaluate the current industry and summarize the experience and potential, the information and data from the regulations and industry were evaluated to help the transformation of management pattern. The industry development gives win--win situation both to the assets and to the natural resources. Institutional reform is needed to make the resources more integrated value-added by a long--term human resource development.
