中小学教师绩效评价的问题与建议 被引量:1

摘要 教师绩效评价是对教师职业行为的过程和结果的评价,但在实践中绩效评价的标准重学生成绩轻教师努力,评价的实施流于形式缺失内涵,评价的结果简单化,主体单一。究其根源,有评价人员的认识不足、管理水平不高和"人治"的文化传统等因素。应从提高认识、加强管理、主体多元、结构全面等方面改善对教师的绩效评价。
