This is essential to maintain constitutional authority. In addition, constitutional authority is truly reflected in social life. How to make our constitution a living constitution, the constitution enters the area of justice and become the basis for judge-ment,Constitution also need to play its function of punishment and m-andatory which require that we should give the existing system a app-ropriate approvement and maintain the effective implementation of ex-eisting constitutional norms.
