国产与进口厄贝沙坦片治疗原发性高血压疗效及经济学分析

Economic Analysis of Imported and Domestic Irbesartan Treatment in Patients with Essential Hypertension

目的:比较国产和进口厄贝沙坦片对原发性高血压的疗效和经济学分析,为临床经济合理用药提供参考。方法:选择原发性高血压患者120例,随机分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组患者给予国产厄贝沙坦片治疗,观察组患者给予进口厄贝沙坦片治疗,连续治疗8周。观察其临床疗效的差异,并采用药物经济学原理进行成本-效果分析。结果:对照组总有效率为82.25%,成本-效果比为2.47。观察组总有效率为91.93%,成本-效果比为3.25。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。以对照组作为参照,增量成本-效果比为9.89。结论:经过成本-效果综合分析,采用国产厄贝沙坦片治疗原发性高血压优于进口厄贝沙坦片。

Objective:Comparison domestic and imported irbesartan on primary hypertension curative effect and economic analysis for clinical rational use of drugs,economic reference.Methods:Choose 120 cases of essential hypertension in our hospital from Dec.2010 to Nov.2011,randomly divided into observation group and control group with 60 cases each.Control group patients give domestic irbesartan treatment,Observation group were given the import of irbesartan treatment for 8 weeks.Observe the clinical efficacy of differences,and using the principle of pharmacoeconomics cost effectiveness analysis.Results:Control group,the total efficiency of 82.25%,cost-effectiveness ratio of 2.47.Observation group always businesslike for 91.93%,cost-effectiveness ratio of 3.25.Comparison of the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In control group as reference,the incremental cost-effectiveness ratio of 9.89.Conclusion:Through the cost-effect analysis,use of domestic irbesartan in treatment of essential hypertension is better than the imported irbesartan.
