摘要 骨代谢异常可引起骨质疏松、佩吉特症、骨硬化症、骨折等疾病;其病因复杂,机理不明。骨代谢过程包括骨形成及骨吸收,其具体的分子调节通路不明。现代研究表明,在骨代谢过程中至少存在WNT/β-连环蛋白通路、NFAT通路、胰岛素信号通路、Sema4D-Plexin-B1通路、PI3K-AKT通路及MAPK通路等。通过分子信号通路,可有效促进骨代谢研究,并开发具有治疗骨代谢异常疾病的新药。 Bone metabolism disorders include osteoporosis, paget's disease.osteopetrosis and bone fracture. The causes of these diseases is complicated. Bone remodeling process that involves bone synthesis and bone resorption, whose physiological mechanism is beyond our knowledge. Current researches dominate that at least six signaling pathways exist in bone remodeling process: Wnt/β- catenin signaling pathway, NFAT signaling pathway, insulin signaling pathway, Sema4D-Plexin-B1 signaling pathway, PI3K-AKT and MAPK signaling pathway. Through the pathways, people can know more about bone metabolism and find new drugs to treat bone disease. This work is a review about signaling pathways in bone metabolism.
