胰岛素强化对新诊断2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究新诊断2型糖尿病患者分别接受持续性皮下胰岛素输注(continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion,CSⅡ)和多次皮下注射胰岛素(multiple subcutaneous insulin injection,MSⅡ)治疗对胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法新诊断的2型糖尿病患者分别接受CSⅡ和MSⅡ治疗2周,计算胰岛素敏感指数(SIM),评价胰岛素敏感性的变化。结果治疗后CSⅡ组SIM(26.98±11.99)较MSII组SIM(22.14±9.00)明显升高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.042)。结论新诊断的2型糖尿病患者短期应用胰岛素泵强化治疗可增加胰岛素的敏感性。 Objective To evaluate the variance of insulin resistance after continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion ( CSⅡ ) or multiple subcutaneous injection ( MSⅡ ) therapy in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients. Methods Sixty newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients were randomly divided into two groups : CS Ⅱ and MS Ⅱgroup. SIM were calculated to evaluate the variance of insulin sensitivity. Results SIM(26.98 ± 11.99)were significantly higher in CSⅡ group than (22.14 ±9.00)in MS Ⅱgroup, P =0.042. Conclusions Short - term CS Ⅱ can effectively increase insulin sensitivity in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients.
