兰州军区总医院抗肿瘤药物用药分析

Use of Antineoplastic Agentsina Department of Tumor Diseases

目的 :了解我院抗肿瘤药的使用情况 ,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法 :抽查我院肿瘤科 1997～1998年住院病历共 5 0 8份 ,对抗肿瘤药的使用进行统计分析。结果 :两年中我院抗肿瘤药的使用种类基本相同 ,且使用的五大类抗肿瘤药物均为国家基本药物。辅助抗肿瘤药为 2 5种。结论 :我院抗肿瘤药的使用基本合理 ,辅助抗肿瘤药物使用品种较多。

Tostudythedruguseofantineoplasticagents ,5 0 8copiesofmedicalrecordsofin patientsadmittedtothedepart mentoftumordiseasefrom 1996to 1997wereanalyzed .Thekindsofantineoplasticagentsusedwereessentiallysameinthetwo years,andthe 2 5kindsofsupplementaryantineoplasticagentswereutilized .Themostdrugsusedwerenationalessentialmedicines. Itisconcludedthattheuseofantineoplasticagentswasrationalinthedepartmentonthewhole.
