热应激蛋白70与高温中暑的发生发展关系 被引量:2

摘要 为了探讨高温中暑患者热应激蛋白 70 (HSP70 )测定的临床意义 ,了解其在热应激与热适应中的作用 ,应用 West-ern blot法 ,测定了 74例高温中暑患者、30例正常对照者和 9例病人治疗前后血浆中的 HSP70水平。结果表明轻症中暑组 HSP70水平为 45 5 0 .1± 1838.1,重症中暑组为 4137.8± 12 0 7.5 ,与正常对照组 6 0 43.5± 135 4.8比较 ,各组均有高度显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1) ,但轻症中暑与重症中暑组之间无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。 9例病人病愈出院前 HSP70水平与发病住院时相比略有升高 ,虽无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,但治疗后 HSP70水平的提加值与患者的住院天数呈显著负相关 (r=-0 .849,)。研究提示 HSP70可能在高温中暑的发生和恢复过程中起重要作用。 In order to explore the clinial significance of HSP70 in the genesis and development of heat stroke,HSP70 contents of 74 patients with heat stroke and 30 normal controls,and 9patients before and after treatment were analyzed by Western dot blot.The results showed that HSP70 contents in slight and svere heat stroke group were 4550.1±1838.1 and 4137.8±1207.5 respectively,which were significantly lower than that(6043.5±1354.8) in normal controls( P <0.01),whihe there was no difference between slight and severe groups( P >0.05).Althouhg there was no significant difference( P >0.05)in HSP70 average content of 9 patients before and after treatment,theres was an increasing trend after treatment.The stastical analysis showed that trere was significantly negative relation between the hospitalized days and HSP70 contents(r=-0.845,P=0.008).These results suggested that HSP70 may play an important role in the development and recovery of heat stroke.
