摘要
由于中西方饮食文化方面的差异,中餐菜名的口译相对于西餐菜名往往要难的多,在实践中更是成为了译员口译的难点。本文就中餐与西餐的区别之处以及口译的特性,对中餐菜名的口译策略进行了分析研究。
The interpretation of Chinese dish names is more complicated than western dish names due to the differences between Chinese and western culinary arts, and becomes a difficult section for the interpreter in their interpretation practice. This thesis analyzes the differences between Chinese and western dishes and researches the interpretation strategies of Chinese dish names according to the theories of interpretation.
