摘要
油井热洗是油井维护生产的保障性措施。为了在热洗过程中降低地层污染,缩短油井产量恢复期,应用一种真空超导加热装置,利用加热油井自产液进行洗井,实现不压井洗井,达到环保、节能的目的。该装置可通过最大流量为20 m3/h的液体,可承受最大工作压力10 MPa;其真空度为-0.09 MPa,热效率达到90%左右。在采油一厂平均年应用300余井次,油井恢复期(0—2)d,相比常规热洗节省燃油费用(1 000~5 000)元/井次,取得了良好的应用效果。
Hot wash is used as a security measure to maintain well production.In order to reduce strata pollution and shorten production recovery period,vacuum superconducting heater can be used during the wash process by heating the self-production liquid without killing wells and environmental and energy purposes can be achieved.The device with a maximum flow of 20 m3/h of liquid,a maximum working pressure of 10 MPa,vacuum to-0.09 MPa and the thermal efficiency is about 90%.This technology is applied to more than 300 wells each year on average,and the recovery period is 0 to 2 days.Compared to conventional hot wash,it saves on fuel costs from 1 000 to 5 000 yuan / wells and gets good application result.
