摘要
1病历摘要患儿，女，9岁，主因“分次排尿、持续滴尿7年余”人院。患儿2岁时，家长发现患儿无明显诱因下分次排尿、持续滴尿，静息、剧烈活动无明显改变。患儿无尿频、夜尿、尿急、尿痛、尿色加深，无腹痛、发热、呕吐等不适。就诊于多家儿童医院，增强CT检查示“左侧重复肾输尿管畸形、左上半肾盂积水”。家长为进一步行手术治疗，至我院治疗。患儿无传染病接触史，否认特殊药物使用史，否认毒物、放射线接触史。生长发育史、既往史无特殊记载。
