摘要 目的观察芹菜籽油对大鼠体外血栓形成及血液黏度的影响。方法采用Chandler法形成大鼠体外血栓,测量其长度、湿重、干重,并测定大鼠高切、中切、低切下全血黏度及血浆黏度。结果与空白对照组比较,芹菜籽油高、中剂量组显著减少血栓长度、湿重、干重,芹菜籽油高剂量组显著降低全血黏度。结论芹菜籽油具有抑制血栓形成、降低血液黏度的作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of celery seecl oil on in vitro thrombosis and blood viscosity in rats,Methods The vitro thrombus was induced by Chandler method, and the length, wet and dry weight of the thrombus were measured.The high-, middle- and low-dose of shear blood viscosity and the plasma viscosity in rats were deter-mined. Results Compared with the normal group, the high and middledose of celery seed oil decreased the length, wet and dry weight of in vitro thrombosis significantly, while the high-dose celery seed oil reduced the whole blood vis-eosity significantly. Conclusion Celery seed oil can inhibit the thrombosis and reduce blood viscosity.
