风力发电机组球墨铸铁件的超声波检测

摘要 风力发电机组中球墨铸铁得到大量的使用。球墨铸铁的无损检测一般采用超声波检测和磁粉检测,国外风电企业都有严格的球墨铸铁检测规程,随着国内对球墨铸铁检测的重视程度不断提高,球墨铸铁检测的风力发电行业规范也颁布实施。介绍了球墨铸铁的超声波检测特点,以及国外风电企业对球墨铸铁超声波检测的规程,最后介绍风电典型球墨铸铁结构的超声波检测方法。 Spheroidal graphite cast iron is used widely in wind power now,the nondestructive testing for this material mainly to use magnetic particle testing and ultrasonic testing.Foreign wind power companies have strict testing procedures for spheroidal graphite cast iron.With the increasing demand for product quality in China,the nondestructive testing standard for spheroidal graphite cast iron in wind power will be released soon.This paper firstly explains the characteristic of ultrasonic testing for spheroidal graphite cast iron,then introduces the ultrasonic testing procedure of foreign wind power company,and finally some typical ultrasonic testing methods for wind power spheroidal graphite cast iron are recommended.
